  I live there,and i can say its very clean ,has laundry room,showers, and a big club house.They rent mostly to 50 and over.They also have a water machine 25 cents,and a big ice machine which is free for tenants only. They have bingo during the winter months thru april.The landscape is mostly oleanders and a few trees that are well kept. Located in small town of Bouse,great for people who enjoy the outdoors and ATV trails just 2 blocks away.I n town there's a Family dollar two convient stores one has gas and laundry,and down the street there's a tire shopThere's also a library thats open on tuesday wendsday and thursday,books and you can take out movies for free which is about 2 blocks from Bouse Rv..If you need to do banking or looking for a walmart thats 30 mins away in the town of Parker.
